Our 30-day money-back guarantee. Try Run Right for 30 days. Work through your runner profile and the first two weeks of drills. If running doesn't feel easier and you don't feel you've had real value, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. The risk is ours, not yours.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with. Tell us your order details. We'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights (digital content)

Because our products are digital downloads, you are asked at checkout to agree that you want immediate access and understand that, once you start downloading, your statutory 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel may no longer apply under UK and EU consumer law. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Our 30-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and is more generous than, your statutory rights — it's a voluntary promise from us.

Faulty or not-as-described products

If a file is corrupted, won't download, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. You're always entitled to a working product.

Fair use

The guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated buy-download-refund behaviour across multiple orders.
